Why wasn't my billing information accepted?

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Make sure all required fields are filled in.

If ordering by credit card, the billing address is used to verify your credit card information. Your address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement.

Phone numbers must include area code followed by phone number (for example, 408-555-1212).

Where can I put my company's name?

If you are ording on behalf of a company, put the company name on Address Line 1 and the address on Address Line 2.
