Truffle Teriyaki Sauce 1 cup of soy sauce
1 medium orange, juiced
½ cup of mirin
½ cup of water
¼ cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
2 ounces of butter |
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil. When it has cooled slightly, whisk in butter. Put some into a food processor. Keep warm.
