Vanilla Dressing

• 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar (you may substitute malt or cider vinegar, but do not use brown balsamic)
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• Coarse salt, to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
