Hello, my name is Matthew and i am writing to you from Adelaide in South Australia.

in desperation to ask if you know of anything that i could do that could help my mum who was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer with metastasis to her liver and lymph nodes back in Feb 'o8..she has done a full round of chemotherapy (using gemcitabine and carboplatin) about 7 or 8 cycles and finished in around Sept.

She apparently responded really well to the chemo and alot of the tumours shrank or disapeared,but know apparently my sister told me that the oncologist told her that it has come back with avengence and now the tumour count is very high and they said that it is very probable that her liver may fail within the next few months...the docs told my sister to prepare for the worst and not to tell my mother as she didnt want ask and it could make her worse to know!!!?..i feel absolutely helpless.....!!!!

She is so strong and has the heart of a warrior.she is such a beautifull person and does not deserve to die...
